At Healing Sounds, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our therapeutic instruments and tools. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our specialists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
